SPINSANE is our classic SPIN format with a crazy twist - The Forrest Gump of fitness classes: "You never know what you're gonna get!".

One minute you're riding to 80's pop, the next it's deep house, R&B, Disco or even a rock anthem or a TV theme song! This class is all about musical chaos, big energy and keeping you guessing!

Perfect for those who love variety, surprises, and full throttle energy from start to finish! 

BOOTCAMP

WEIGHTS & SPIN. TOGETHER.

Our Bootcamp is a low-impact, high-energy workout combining bike-based cardio intervals with strength trainingusing dumbbells, a bench, and bodyweight exercises. Each class is broken into timed rounds that challenge your strength, endurance, and core control — without jumping or unnecessary joint stress.

Designed for all fitness levels, this class builds lean muscle, improves cardiovascular fitness, and delivers a full-body burn in a safe, structured, and effective format.
